-Hosted Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, California Assemblyman, and Claremont McKenna alumnus Chuck Devore at event on campus

-Travelled to Carson to see Vice Presidential Nominee Sarah Palin speak at a McCain/Palin Rally

-Participated in grand opening of the Redlands Republican Headquarters, club members meet Congressman Jerry Lewis (Ranking Member of House Appropriations Committee) and Assemblyman Bob Dutton

-Travelled to Ronald Reagan Ranch Center in Santa Barbara to hear Congressman Patrick McHenry speak, visited Richard Nixon Presidential Library in Yorba Linda, met with Republican Assemblyman Anthony Adams, and travelled to the Reagan Library to see taping of MSNBC's Morning Joe and to meet former Congressman Joe Scarborough
